Wolff Street Flats is a 23-unit, three-story condominium building at 4801 W. 10th Avenue in Denver’s West Colfax neighborhood, developed by Osina Development with Modus Real Estate. Every home is deed-restricted and sold to households earning 80% of Area Median Income or less, at an estimated average price of about $285,000. The project is financed with support from the State of Colorado (DOLA), the City and County of Denver (HOST), and the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA), and in June 2026 it became the first project in Colorado to close a construction loan under CHFA’s new Drive It Home program. Construction is underway with completion scheduled for August 2027.
