Scott Speil, Principal

Scott Speil is the founder and principal of Osina Development, LLC. With 19 years of real estate experience ranging from marketing and design, to real estate lending, asset management of a $450 million diversified real estate portfolio in Eastern Europe, and management of development of high-rise condominium projects, Scott has a diverse skill set now applied to the smaller and more entrepreneurial focus of Osina Development. With a love of design, architecture, and international culture, Scott brings a unique perspective and passion to residential development in the community that he loves and calls home in Colorado.  Scott holds a degree in International Relations from Connecticut College and an MBA and Master of Real Estate Development from USC.
